I'm with Casey. Twitter still has my heart. But I see potential in Jaiku, and apparently so does Google. We'll see. I use Twitku so I can see both at the same time so its all good for me either way. But the SMS is the biggest part for me, and the fact that EVERYONE uses twitter, unlike Jaiku.

I use both Twitter and Jaiku via Twitku to keep up with both. Twitku also has a tab for Flickr. Now only if they could add pownce to Twitku.
